This piece is part of my are examinations of “guided mindfulness.” It is the result of a blending of a variety of philosophical and religious approaches to explain our purpose as a presence on earth, the Blue Marble. Though quite large in size, it is an expansion of my “Kasinas” series (11”x6”) designed to provide the space and calm for #directedmeditation and the three Rs - Recognize, Release, Return. It is adapted from the meditative disks to facilitate my immersion into reconnection with nature and energy to work for sustainable communities. Come in and see if it also bring syou a meditative peace.
