Odata (Ballarina Lucia)

"In the Still Moments" Series - These small pieces are created to serve as movable focal points- visual kasinas if you will for entry into meditative states. They can be hung on a wall, or stand on a table.

Place them where you can see them from a seat of comfort and bring a sense of peace or well being by pausing and focusing on it. You will be surprised to where it will lead your mind. Perhaps to a memory of a place you grew up in or visited. Perhaps to a person from the distant past or recent times. Small and bright, it is easy to move them from time to time to a new focal place.

Samatha meditative practice has ten colored disks. Odata kasina is white.
