My inspiration for "A ride with the wind" is drawn from a neighborhood walk. I enjoy the hunt for found objects to incorporate into my artwork. This twine had a natural movement which expressed a sense of freedom like a leaf that catches the wind. The background incorporates printmaking, acrylic paint and thread.
Framed in a white shadow box frame measuring 12" x 12". It's light-weight to lean on a shelf or hang on a narrow wall.
