Here is the second print from the Yellow Door series. I have long been fascinated with doors and windows. They can offer sanctuary and comfort, represent opportunity or mystery, or perhaps even danger. You can be safely cozy and protected inside, or trapped. Perhaps they lock you out? They come in all different colors and shapes, often variations on squares or rectangles. They can be architectural beauties, or long neglected portals, which I also find beautiful.
There are three works in the 'Yellow Door' series. This is # 2. The other two can be found elsewhere in my collection.
They are framed in a narrow 'pewter' metal frame. The frame size is 20 x 24", and it is included in the price.
